What We Do
You’ll find the folks
at St. James to be a busy bunch involved all over the community!
They help direct many of the county’s volunteer organizations,
participate in most of those organizations, and have even
founded a few new ones to serve unmet needs in the community. We love serving as a group to do things like build Habitat for Humanity houses or walk in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. Louisa County is our home and we’re committed to making it a great place to live. St. James also has an active parish life. Small groups meet throughout the week in the parish hall or the church house next door. We find it’s through these groups that we meet new friends, grow spiritually, and share our gifts with one another ... especially when a need in life arises. You can find the calendar of what’s going on this month in our newsletter under Parish News. We welcome you to visit anything that piques your interest, from our children’s bell choir to our quilters group! “Come
